Our recommendation for a 3 week Summer Course in Dublin for Adults – Summer 2019.
The Course: We recommend our most popular English language course – the Standard English Course. This course is available at 5 different levels from elementary to advanced. On your first morning at Horner School you will sit a short grading test and a speaking interview with a teacher to establish your correct level for class. We will then place you in the best class group for your studies. You will study from 09.30 to 13.10 hrs Monday to Friday in a class of maximum 14 international adult students. The course curriculum include skills work, to improve your spoken English, listening ability, reading skills and writing accuracy. This course will improve your everyday English for life, using English in real everyday situations. The course starts every Monday and we recommend that you book this course for at least 3 or 4 weeks. Our teachers are all highly qualified, language teaching professionals using the most up to date teaching methods and technologies. All teachers at Horner School are native English speakers with many years teaching experience. The Accommodation: For a Summer Course in Dublin (July & August) we recommend accommodation at the IFSC Residence. This accommodation is located in Dublin City within walking distance of the Horner school of English. All students staying at IFSC Residence have their own private bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom. A shared kitchen area, with all self catering catering facilities and a shared common room/living room area, where you can socialise with the other students at the residence. The IFSC residence is located in the downtown area within easy walking distance to Grafton Street and Temple Bar Areas of the city. WI-FI is included in the room price.
